Dance my little heart out to Taylor Swift, snuggle my little toddler, drink some wine or go for a trot around the neighbourhood.

Talk to my nearest and dearest, have a LOL with my galpals, get all silly with my little bubba, look for funny material online.

Laughter is the best medicine, if we can find the LOL’s in these tough times, it really helps to lighten the load.
