THE BUNKER BIBLE X FASHION STYLIST @ANNABELFALCO
Right now, with everything going on, I am feeling:
As a self-confessed Control Freak: ANXIOUS! But also positive that 'this too shall pass' and things will eventually find their new normal.
Here’s three things I feel grateful for:
My health. My family. My work.
The best thing that happened to me this week is:
My sister (who I haven't seen in TWO WHOLE YEARS) has finally come home from London.
I highly recommend a binge on:
Cheer. I don't really watch too much TV but I watched this series in 3 days!
I’m loving listening to:
One of my favourite Spotify playlists is called 'Have a Great Day!'.
It instantly puts me in a good mood.
I’ve got these books on my ‘to-read’ list:
I'm currently reading (and LOVING) 'The Sweet Spot' by Christine Carter.
I then have 'Three Women' by Lisa Taddeo and 'Rebecca' by Daphne du Maurier ready to go.
My favourite bunker down snack is:
Oooooo, so many! Josh's (my husband) homemade amaretti biscuits...
The best board game is:
We are heading out to buy 'Guess Who' and 'Twister' this weekend.
Kid friendly and lots of fun if we have to bunker down for awhile.
This Instagram page is giving me muchos LOLs:
Elliot Garnaut (@elliotgarnaut)
When I’m feeling overwhelmed I:
... take some deep breaths and step back for a few minutes. It always gives me clarity and keeps me calm.
The best/funniest/kindest thing I’ve seen about the situation so far is:
Memes for sure! They definitely lighten the mood.
In tricky times, I feel calm when I:
... exercise, meditate and switch off social media/TV.
Any final words of wisdom?:
The mind is a truly powerful muscle so we need to make sure we are staying calm, positive and kind.
