Right now, with everything going on, I am feeling:
Hopeful. I know that we will all get through this together. We will live in a new world.

We will have an even greater appreciation for everything that we didn’t have during Corona.

I can’t wait to be able to hug and kiss all my loved ones, to dance all night long, to drink and eat at all my favourite cafes and restaurants.

I am also feeling peckish, I was just about to go visit my fridge for the 112th time today.
Here’s three things I feel grateful for:
My, family & friends, my partner and for getting to do what I love most as my career.
Making people look good and feel more confident about themselves is like a drug and I am hooked on that feeling.
The best thing that happened to me this week is:
I am using my #iso time to do all those things I always wanted to do but never had the time to do.

I refinanced my home loan (now is a great time to sort out your finances, I got a really great deal with St George Bank!)  
I have basically turned into Martha Stewart. I am whipping up dishes that I never knew I could make; my apartment is spotless; and I even reupholstered my bed head and hand washed my couch.

Who even am I?
I highly recommend a TV binge on:
Like the rest of the world…Tiger King (Netflix) and I am hooked on Ru Paul's Drag Race (Stan). So memorising to watch the transformations of these men into Kweens.

Nailed It (Netflix) is also a must watch, the host Nicole Byer makes me laugh hysterically. 
I’m loving listening to:
Oprah's Super Soul Conversation podcasts are like my daily morning ritual. Just hearing Oprahs’ voice makes me feel calm, happy, inspired and excited.

I am also playing lots of old school stuff, I choose “90s” and “00s” playlists and press shuffle, it’s like an audio lucky dip - you just don’t know what will play next.

I’ve got these books on my ‘to-read’ list:
The Barefoot Investor, plus I have a mountain of fashion and art books that I collected over the past couple years (and never had a proper chance to read them). I plan to devour them, get loads of inspo and bookmark them. This down time is really about feeding my creative hunger. 
My favourite bunker down snack is:
Peanut butter anything, I do love a rice cake smothered in peanut butter and strawberry jam - yum!!!

Also been making whipped protein gelato using frozen bananas and Macro Mike peanut butter protein powder- (thank me later!) - it is so damn delicious.
The best board game is:
Cards Against Humanity always gives me a good belly laugh. So wrong, yet so right.
This Instagram page is giving me muchos LOLs:
I can always count on @celestebarber for a laugh, I also recommend anyone who loves a red carpet to follow @Fashion_Critical on Facebook and Instagram. And @officialseanpenn is a total hoot!
When I’m feeling overwhelmed:
I tend to overthink things, so I find it really helps to just get outside. Stop overthinking. Get some fresh air, some Vitamin D, go for a walk and take some deep breaths, soak in nature and start seeing the bigger picture again.

Speaking to my partner or a good friend guarantees to put things back into perspective. 
The best I’ve seen about the situation so far is:
I am so glad Tiger King came into my life at the same time as Covid. The Tiger King memes and the corona memes provide a good daily laugh.

But as always, it Is so heart-warming to see everyday Aussies band together to get through this. Whether it is volunteers getting toilet paper or grocery essentials to the elderly, or cafes providing free coffees to the long queues waiting outside Centrelink. Daily we are reminded we are so lucky to be living in this great country. 
In tricky times, I feel calm when I:  
Connect with the people that I love.

Right now, corona is reminding us all that all the fancy, material things in life mean nothing at the moment. The most important thing is our loved ones, family, friends and good health.
Exercise is also really helping me get through at the moment. Thankfully the legends at F45 Randwick have gone online and offering not only the usual workouts but offering things like yoga, meditation and stretching classes.

Seeing businesses changing and adapting due to corona is so great to see.
Any final words of wisdom?:
I know this is a really hard time for all and we are all being effected.

If you can use some of this down time to focus on you, on all the things you wanted to do, start to think about that dream side hustle and start planning on what you will achieve when corona decides to leave the building.

Take a moment each day to be grateful for all the amazing things you do have in your life.
