Tales of The Green Valley. You can watch it on YouTube, but a disclaimer; you'll only like it if you're into historical documentaries. (Yeah, total nerd). And Outlander. (Gosh, I've really got terrible taste in TV shows, huh?!)

When I’m feeling overwhelmed I:
Get present by noticing five things I see, four things I hear, three things I feel, two things I smell and one thing I'm grateful for.
The kindest thing I’ve seen about the situation so far is:
Is a post my girlfriend put on Facebook offering to help anyone who was elderly or immunocompromised with running errands or food shops etc. It's the little acts of kindness which make the biggest difference.

Call your grandparents, sick friends or older relatives just to say hi and let them know they're loved and thought of, even if you can't visit.
