Right now, with everything going on, I am feeling:
A little overwhelmed, but trying to stay positive, and use this time to spend with family, make memories at home, and a lot of self care.
Here’s three things I feel grateful for:
My family, my health, and a roof over our head.
The best thing that happened to me this week is:
I saw my Mum and Dad for the first time in 3 weeks.
Also the two trays of Banana Boogie Bakery treats that was dropped off at my doorstep, heaven!!

When I’m feeling overwhelmed I:
Go for a run near the beach, to clear my mind and calm myself.
In tricky times, I feel calm when I:
Light a candle and take a bath, or go for a run or walk on the beach.
Any final words of wisdom?:
Stay home and stay creative, we will get through this. I’ve never felt so grateful for my friends and family, and our freedom.
