RETURNS & EXCHANGES

RETURNS POLICY: 

Earrings cannot be returned under any circumstances due to health & safety regulations. 

There is no exchange on sale items.

Exchanges and refunds are offered for unused items in original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your package. Please make sure you take opening and trying on your purchase, and ensure that your item is packed as sent for return.

EXCHANGE POLICY:

If your exchange is approved, this will be sent within two working days of receipt of the returned item AND once return postage has been paid.  Please note that there may be a longer wiat time if the desired item is not in stock.

Trove Store does not take responsibility for returned items that may be lost or damaged during return shipping. Please reply to the original email thread with your tracking number once you have posted your item.

Postage costs associated with an exchange are the responsibility of the customer.

You will be sent a link for payment of shipping once your return has been authorised.

Shipping rates on returned items:

Standard shipping $8 AUD (3-7 working days)
Express shipping $10 AUD (1-2 working days)
International shipping $35 AUD (up to 20 days)

Trove Store obtains the right to deny exchanges in the following cases:

- The exchange is requested outside of a 7 day period of item's receipt
- The exchange item is not returned within 48 hours of the return authorisation being provided via email
- The exchange item is returned without authorisation
-The exchange item is not delivered at the address nominated by Trove Store
- The exchange item is received without all original packaging
- The exchange item is damaged or unsellable in any way upon receipt

Should an exchange be rejected for above reasons, you will be contacted via email detailing the breach of your exchange. The original item will not be returned without payment of return postage mentioned above.

REFUNDS:

Refunds are offered for unworn items in original packaging within 7 days of receipt of your package.

Earrings cannot be returned due to health & safety regulations. 
  
Refunds or exchanges are not offered on sale items.

Refunds can only be made into the same account that the purchase was made from. The refund amount will be the total of the sale excluding any shipping costs. 

Postage costs associated with a refund are the responsibility of the customer.

FAULTS:

Please be aware, a lot of our pieces are made by hand so colours, patterns and sizes may differ slightly.
